About the Role
We're looking for a Content Manager (SEO) to drive organic growth across our LATAM portfolio.
This is a growth role. You own the content that drives traffic and revenue across your markets: which pages get built, which keywords they target, how they're structured, how they're updated, and how they convert. Every article you sign off on should have a clear purpose: to rank and to generate revenue.
You'll work across multiple LATAM geos (Panamá, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, etc.) and sites,



deciding where the opportunity is and turning that into a content plan that moves rankings and revenue. Production support is part of the job, but the outcome we measure you on is performance.
What You'll Own
- Organic traffic and keyword visibility for your markets
- Content-driven conversions and revenue contribution
- Coverage of commercial and informational keyword clusters across each geo
- Quality and accuracy of everything published under your markets

Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Content Strategy and Keyword Research
- Own the content roadmap for your markets: identify gaps, prioritise clusters, and decide what gets written and when, based on search demand and commercial value.
- Run keyword research end to end: volume, difficulty, SERP intent, competitor coverage, cannibalisation risk, and internal linking opportunities.
- Map keywords to page types and build the silo structure that supports them, distinguishing money pages from supporting content.
