WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, you will receive technical training to provide Level 2 support in incident resolution.
Main responsibilities:
Service Desk support by phone (Spanish and English)
Receiving and assigning tickets through the ticketing system
Receiving and assigning alerts/tickets through the monitoring tool
Resolution and management of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
Communication with customers/clients
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for a Service Desk Operator with experience and knowledge in:
Microsoft Office applications
Linux
Ticketing tools/systems




Network communications
The following will also be considered an asset:
Availability to work in shifts
A high level of English
