What we're looking for
C1/C2 level of German
B2 level of Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in banking is a plus
Currently based in Madrid
EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Spain
Willingness to work on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid model
