MSX International helps leading automotive brands worldwide optimize workshop and service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve aftersales processes. The Network Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new automotive workshops into our network. This role requires a proactive business development approach aimed at increasing the number of sales and service locations (Points of Sale, POS). The Network Development Specialist leverages market data and presents the network's benefits and value proposition to prospective partners.

Analyze personal sales performance and continuously optimize sales strategies and activities.

Present the benefits and added value of the network to potential partners.

Follow up on leads and manage the acquisition process through to contract signing.

Manage contracts and legal documentation.





Conduct satisfaction and feedback surveys to gather partner insights and continuously improve processes.

Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential partners and assess sales performance.

Ability to manage administrative responsibilities as well as contract-related and legal documentation.

Strong digital mindset and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies and tools.

Fluent Spanish language skills (English proficiency is a plus)

High willingness to travel, including multi-day business trips with overnight hotel stays within the assigned country. The territory is jointly managed by two Network Development Managers.
