The Senior Consultant, Business Solutions partners with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes and systems, and design and implement scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. This role performs detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The Senior Consultant exercises independent judgment, mentors team members, and contributes to high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members. Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and integral counterparts. Client:
Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis. Develop and deliver high-quality client document
