Compliance with and optimization of quality standards & HACCP

Completed vocational training in the hotel/catering industry

~ Additional qualification/degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or comparable is an advantage





~3–4 years of professional experience as an F&B; Manager or in a comparable position with leadership responsibility

~ Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

A permanent, year-round position with performance-based pay
