We are looking for an OTC Cash & Collection Specialist to join our Finance team and help ensure timely payments, effective dispute resolution, and excellent customer service. About the Role As an OTC Cash & Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts across the EMEA region. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and customers, you will ensure payments are applied correctly, overdue invoices are followed up, and disputes are resolved efficiently. This role combines financial accuracy with relationship management, making you a key contributor to both healthy cash flow and a positive customer experience.
