We are seeking a Head of Legal for a leading pharmaceutical company, offering a challenging opportunity to lead the legal department and oversee its operations, with a focus on international business and strategic legal advice in a dynamic industry. The adecuado candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate, commercial, and contractual law within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Legal department, including overseeing the lawyers and paralegals in the various areas of legal practice.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team and the Compliance department, providing legal support to ensure company activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts, including but not limited to collaboration agreements, business partnerships, and commercial arrangements.
- Manage the legal aspects of corporate affairs, ensuring the company’s interests are protected in all business operations.
- Act as the primary legal advisor to senior management,



particularly in relation to international business strategies and contractual matters.
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of internal procedures to maintain legal compliance, focusing on pharmaceutical regulations and industry-specific legislation.
- Provide strategic and technical legal advice on business expansions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities.
