Job Description
Partner with senior business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and align HR strategies with business priorities Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and offer management Drive core people processes such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progression Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth change management and employee engagement Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboarding Collaborate with regional and integral HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance with HR policies and processes Contribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of HR processes, tools, and practices Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards Monitor HR metrics and key people indicators to support data-driven decision-making Foster a strong feedback culture, proactively identifying organizational and people-related needs
