This position is part of the Integral Finance Innovation COE and is primarily responsible to support the global finance business process optimization / standardization, to cover finance resource gaps and actively participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). This position will support the global finance innovation streams (P2P - Procurement to Pay, R2R - Record to Report and O2C - Order to Cash) in the organization optimization by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes, ensuring consistency and standardization of onboarding activities, and defining the optimal organization structure within finance. In addition, the role will support the execution of global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). It requires leadership, self-confidence, strategic planning, problem solving, strong drive, team player, delegation, quick learner, solid organizational and good communication skills and a strong commitment and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT / Finance or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT, project team and BPI environment
Advance knowledge of English language
Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development
Excellent PC skills (MS Office including Power pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
Experienced in developing successful methods of collaboration among global clients and coworkers
Knowledge in SAP (FI-CO) and SAP Central Finance is a plus
Knowledge in Oracle Financials is a plus
Knowledge of other language rather than English is a plus
