Our graduate program with EY-Parthenon focuses on advising clients on buying, selling, or merging companies to enhance growth and profitability. The team provides essential data, highlights risks,



and guides clients through complex capital transactions.
These are the different areas you will be able to be a part of:
1. Transaction Diligence: Helps clients in buying or selling businesses by analyzing financial, commercial, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers. They conduct financial due diligence, assess strategic aspects, and provide reports to help clients improve their negotiating position.
2. Valuations, Modelling, and Economics: Analyzing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge.
3. Restructuring: Supporting underperforming clients in achieving strategic turnarounds and adapting to changing economic conditions.
4. Strategy and Execution: Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by understanding clients’ strategic goals and applying creative thinking to help achieve successful outcomes.
