WHO WE ARE
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
Mercedes-Benz of Marin serves one of the Bay Area's most affluent and brand-loyal ownership communities. Marin County MB buyers are discerning, unhurried, and deeply attentive to the quality of their experience -- they choose the brand deliberately and they choose the people they buy from the same way. The Brand Specialist here doesn't need an automotive background to succeed. What they need is the presence, the product curiosity, and the genuine hospitality instinct to earn the trust of a buyer who has options and knows it. We hire for those qualit
