Volkswagen Group Services Iberia is building a Level 2 IT Operations team to support TRATON R&D; digital products across four brands and time zones. You will diagnose incidents, write runbooks, and help define the service as it ramps up, in a multilingual environment with English as the working language and Spanish in the office.
Join a transition phase where you build operations from scratch, with cross-training and a focus on automation, documentation, and quality incident resolution.
