Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and serve as the local liaison with the HR department of the company's international group.
Reporting directly to the Finance & Human Resources Director , this role is highly operational in nature and offers a high degree of autonomy in managing core HR administration processes.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees, management, external payroll and labor advisors, and the corporate HR team within an international and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Personnel Administration
Review monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy of salary components, variable compensation, payroll adjustments, deductions, social security contributions, absences, vacations, and other payroll-related items. Coordinate closely with the external payroll provider,



ensuring all relevant information is submitted accurately and on time. Prepare and review employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment-related documentation. Coordinate employee registrations, terminations, and status changes with external labor advisors and relevant authorities. Support and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate voluntary resignations, contract terminations, dismissals, severance payments, and settlement documentation in collaboration with external advisors and management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records. Monitor employee vacations, absences, and working time calendars. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, employment contracts, benefits, labor regulations, leave entitlements, absences, sick leave, and other employment-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, c
