Lead consultative sales conversations with strong objection handling and urgency management

Take full ownership of individual NTR production targets and revenue performance

Recommend tailored solutions balancing customer needs with premium brand experience





Maintain long‐term relationships driving repeat business and incremental revenue

Manage accurate CRM records ensuring structured pipeline and qualified leads

Adhere to schedules, performance targets, and quality guidelines set by the Hub leadership

Thrive in a complex, fast‐paced environment, managing customer communications across multiple channels (phone, chat and other platforms) while maintaining high service standards

Sales and Conversion

Manage consultative sales conversations from initial customer interest through to booking confirmation

Support customers in choosing the most suitable cruise solution based on their needs and preferences

Drive booking conversion, upselling and overall commercial performance

Client Portfolio Development
