A typical day
You'll spend most of it on the Dutch-speaking Customer Service, advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM + 2, saturdays per month, in short: Customer, support + eCommerce + Multichannel, and communication + Problem.
Less often, you'll also solving + Customer Satisfaction.
Would you fit?
We're looking for someone with norwegian native/Born in Norway Good English, customer service / banking-oriented profile, good communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable handling financial and customer information, willing to work on-site in Benalmádena initially, and available to start ASAP.
