3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency with Python for Machine Learning and AI development.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch .
Solid knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, model evaluation techniques, and software development best practices , as well as version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda), Databricks, MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Jenkins, and Big Data technologies .




Proven experience with end-to-end Machine Learning project development and deployment in production environments .
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Develop, prototype, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
Create rapid Proofs of Concept using Python, Streamlit, and Machine Learning frameworks .
Design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Participate in the development of forecasting models, optimization algorithms, recommendation systems, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives .
