As our next Regional Business Director, you will grow and strategically support our business in Spain, Portugal and Spanish-speaking markets across Africa. About The Job We are looking for a Regional Business Director who will become the cornerstone in the establishment of Ray Search in Iberia. This position will be responsible for all sales and marketing operations on the Iberian market, and have personnel responsibility for the locally employed team. The Regional Business Director will also be responsible for ensuring that relationships with key customers are maintained.



This position has the responsibility and authority for achieving aggressive Regional sales targets across all product offerings. The role also has the opportunity to explore business development in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries of Africa. The successful Regional Sales Director must maintain an effective sales in all assigned areas, develop and implement a tactical sales plan.
