A leisure company is seeking 18 instructors to lead sports and sociocultural workshops for senior clubs and associations across Mallorca, with activities organized from Palma. This role offers an engaging opportunity to share your skills in sports, crafts, and culture while supporting the well-being of older adults.
Responsibilities Teach diverse group classes, such as gymnastics, dance, and movement sessions
Lead creative, cultural, and educational workshops
Conduct English conversation workshops if you have conversational English proficiency
Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivating environment for participants
No formal academic degree is required, and previous experience is not mandatory, making this an accessible opportunity if you bring the right energy and communication skills.
Listening and oral comprehension skills in Catalan (B1 level)




Conversational English proficiency if conducting English workshops
Genuine interest in working with seniors; previous experience conducting activities for older adults is an asset
Driving licence B and geographical proximity to the workshop locations are valued
The position offers a seasonal contract (fijo discontinuo) for an 8-month period, starting in October, with the possibility of renewal. Working hours are part-time according to the schedule set out in the offer documentation.
Compensation is 19 € gross per hour, which includes per diems and travel allowances established by collective agreement, corresponding to an annual gross salary base of 19,090.74 €.
