As a Junior Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities.
You'll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale.You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales,



and technical demonstrations.Native Catalan & Spanish language fluency.High English language fluency.Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals.Experience in selling services and recurring revenue models.Proficiency in digital and remote selling.New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies - especially AI to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
