As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values.You will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations.




You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process.What you will doRecruit diverse talent for various roles across FDJ UNITED global officesDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, networking, referrals, etc.)Coordinate with the integral people team on talent acquisition activitiesWork with the People Experience team and aim to improve and scale our recruiting processesImplement talent marketing trends and work across employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talentAnalyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure the effectiveness of all attraction tools such as job boards and social mediaAssist hiring managers throughou
