Role Overview
Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand with over $1 Billion in sales, is hiring an AI Video Creator, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
You will own AI video production across cold-traffic ads on Meta,



TikTok and YouTube and product videos on Puffy.com, covering concept and script, image generation, motion, editing, compositing, colour and audio.
This role exists to turn already-scaled media spend into creative that converts, building the production pipeline that carries a hook from script to shippable asset at volume without the craft slipping.

Your first 12 months:
build the prompt and reference library for character and material consistency.
Produce direct-response ads at volume for Meta and TikTok cold prospecting, multiple concepts per week.
Solve character consistency across shots, including AI-g
