- Monitor bookings, costs and budgets, maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting.
- Experience & skills- 3+ years of experience in guest services, delegate management, travel coordination or a similar event operations role.
- Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare events industry.
- Strong hands on experience with Cvent, including registrations, guest data management and reporting.
- Experience coordinating travel, accommodation, bookings and communications for guests or event participants.




- Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English & Spanish (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)Priorities shift.
