We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team and support the full employee lifecycle during a maternity leave cover.
This role is idóneo for an HR professional who enjoys working across different HR areas, combining operational HR support with employee-focused processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR systems.
Support probation reviews and contract renewals.
Help implement HR policies and procedures.
Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
Performance & Development
Coordinate performance review cycles.
Collect and analyze performance data.




Assist in talent and succession planning.
Training & Learning
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Track participation and maintain training records.
Research learning platforms and development programs.
HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR records meet legal and company standards.
Support HR reports on workforce data and engagement.
Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or ongoing studies preferred).
~1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
~ Strong level of English.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS systems.
~ Master’s degree in human resources is desirable.
