Company with a strong international presence specialized in biostimulants, specialty fertilizers, and biotechnological solutions for sustainable agriculture.The company operates production facilities in Europe and is currently launching a strategic expansion project in the biostimulation area.The purpose of this role is to lead the commercial strategy of the biostimulants business, driving market development, consolidating key accounts, and positioning the company as a benchmark in high-value plant nutrition solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the commercial strategic plan for the biostimulation business.Analyze industry trends (sustainable agriculture, reduction of chemical inputs, etc.).
Negotiate complex commercial agreements (pricing, margins, rebates, exclusivities).
This role will also be responsible for leading the commercial team, including KPIs definition, forecasting, and performance tracking.
