About the Role- Identify and engage high?potential Italian B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision?making process, then hand off sales?ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Act as a subject?matter expert on Genesy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Italian companies' prospecting workflows.




- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
- Track and report key metrics (e.G., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical?specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go?to?market strategy.About You- Language skills: Advanced level of English and Native Italian.
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
- Data?driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates).
