Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT support,



you will provide front-line technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain equipment, and support our colleagues in getting the most from the technology available to them.This is a varied role that combines day-to-day user support with opportunities to contribute to wider technology projects, process improvements and business initiatives.
