On a day-to-day basis, this role oversees the development of brand identities, directs graphic design and visual storytelling, and ensures cohesive art direction across campaigns and digital assets.
The Art Director collaborates closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to translate client objectives into compelling visual solutions, from initial concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities include guiding designers,



reviewing and refining artwork, maintaining brand consistency for global initiatives, and contributing to pitches and presentations.
QualificationsStrong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills to lead visual concepts, campaigns, and multidisciplinary creative teams.Experience in Branding, including developing and maintaining brand identities for sports, entertainment, or lifestyle projects.Adobe Creative Cloud) to create high-quality visual assets.Relevant experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams; Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or others are a plus for global collaboration.
