We are seeking a National Sales Director Immunology Commercial Leadership Spain to join our Commercial Immunology Leadership Team.

Lead the Field Team through Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies and objectives.
Manage, coach, motivate, and inspire a senior team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.
Partner with the Commercial Operations Team to provide performance, forecasting, and market insights for discussion with senior leadership.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliant ways of working.
Collaborate with international sales leaders, sharing best practices and contributing as an active member of the International Sales Head community.
This role requires Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,



or a related field; with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant sales experience; Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales roles.
Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, including market access.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to drive team performance.
Relevant leadership experience with the ability to lead a senior team.
