Johnson & Johnson seeks a motivated Sales Representative for its Trauma medical devices line in Madrid. The role involves managing client relationships with hospitals and clinics, driving sales growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the orthopedic sector. This is a temporary contract position replacing an employee.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client portfolio including hospitals, private clinics, and distributors
- Identify business opportunities in healthcare sector and create action plans
- Present, promote, and sell medical device products to healthcare professionals
- Conduct technical demonstrations and product training for medical staff
- Achieve company-defined sales targets and negotiate commercial agreements

Requirements
- University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedicine,



Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or business administration
- Minimum 2–3 years sales experience in medical devices, preferably orthopedic or trauma
- Knowledge of hospital markets, procurement procedures, and public/private bidding processes
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships
- Availability to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency with office software and CRM systems
- English proficiency preferred

Compensation: €35,000–€55,315 base plus annual bonus and sales commissions
