Join AzumiPeople and Culture Admin, MadridAs a People and Culture Administratoryou will support the effective delivery of People and Culture operations across our restaurants in Spain.
You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration, while helping promote a positive workplace culture.
Working closely with restaurant managers and the People and Culture team, you will contribute to employee engagement, compliance, and the smooth operation of people-related processes that support overall business success.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months with the possibility of becoming permanent and will be based in Zuma Madrid.Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries, providing support on People & Culture policies, procedures and general HR matters.
- Support daily People & Culture administration, including HR paperwork, employee records, employment letters and maintaining accurate information within the HRIS.
- Support the recruitment process by posting vacancies, sourcing candidates,



conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and maintaining accurate records within the ATS.
- Work closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs and ensure candidates receive timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate new starter orientations, uniforms and relevant training, ensuring required certifications and onboarding activities are completed.What We Look For- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 1-3 years of hospitality administrative experience- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices- Proficiency in HRIS systems- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality- Experience with applicant tracking systemsBenefits- World-Class training,designed
