The Senior Pricing and Access Consultant at Parexel Access Consulting plays a pivotal role in shaping the market access and pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
This position is integral to the successful commercialization of products, providing strategic insights and support to clients.
The consultant will develop payer and market access-focused communications, align evidence generation and economic evaluation with pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies, and ensure products are strategically positioned in the market.
Essential Knowledge and Experience you be required to have: Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing and market access, preferably within a consulting environment.
At least 3 years of project management experience in pricing and market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and literature review projects.
Experience in managing large written communication-based projects, such as global value dossiers.
Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics.




Strong track record of timely and high-quality project delivery, with demonstrable experience in producing client-ready deliverables.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage personal and team schedules to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple work-streams and lines of communication simultaneously.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and versátil, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing demands.
Proven client-facing skills and exceptional communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Proficient computing skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above in a life science discipline; a higher degree is desirable.
