You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.What You'll DoProvide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.Assist customers with account, subscription, billing,
