Macmillan is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled P2P Systems Administrator to support the optimization and maintenance of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology ecosystem.
In this role, you'll serve as a key technical resource for our Accounts Payable and Procurement teams, managing day-to-day system operations while enabling strategic business initiatives.

You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, translating functional requirements into technical solutions while supporting three integrated platforms that are critical to our vendor management and payment processing.
What You'll Do: System Administration serve as the first point of contact for escalations and coordinate with software vendors for technical support Ensure compliance with company controls and policies by maintaining proper segregation of duties, access controls,



and comprehensive audit logs across all P2P systems; support internal and external compliance audits System Integration ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux operating systems Ability to work with structured data, SQL databases, and system logs Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Experience administering workflow automation or business process management (BPM) software Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems such as Ariba, Xflow, Concur, or Tipalti Experience with API integrations or data synchronization between multiple systems Knowledge of SOD compliance, audit logging, and RBAC (role-based access control) concepts Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system implementations Certification in relevant systems administration or IT fundam
