What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and production AI systems
, with solid software engineering practices and a strong understanding of how to build reliable, secure and maintainable solutions.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
, covering model deployment, lifecycle management, automation, monitoring and evaluation in production environments.
Strong data engineering foundations
, working with large-scale datasets using
SQL
and technologies such as
Apache Spark, Trino or Databricks
.
Experience with modern LLM architectures and tools
, ideally including
RAG, vector databases and LLM-based applications
running in production.
Cloud engineering experience, preferably with AWS
, designing and operating scalable, reliable and efficient infrastructure for data, ML and AI workloads.
Strong engineering and MLOps practices
, including testing,
CI/CD, observability and monitoring
,



as well as evaluating AI quality, performance and safety risks such as
hallucinations, bias and model drift
.
Pragmatic and collaborative mindset
, able to work iteratively, communicate technical decisions effectively and adapt to evolving requirements, while keeping solutions focused on real user needs.
Experience in
Analytics or Trading environments
would be a plus.
