The appointed H&MV; CSA Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all CSA activities, to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact and cost control.
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.




This involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site.
Plan, coordinate and manage execution of all project activities in line with project program.
Provide daily task briefing to project team.
Record and report all health and safety observations and elevate to HSE Advisor / Project Manager.
Identify HRA (High Risk Activities) civil activities and manage with the HSE advisor, PM and CSA Project Engineer Identify EHRA (Extra High-Risk Activities) activities and manage with the HSE advisor, PM and CSA Manager/Director Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations in conjunction with the CSA Project Engineer.
