About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently.
You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.
Key Responsibilities
Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
What We're Looking For




Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Additional languages are a plus.
A passion for helping customers.
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.
What We Offer
Start Date: November 16th, .
Contract: Fixed-Term 4 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).
Full-Time & Part-Time Options: 39hrs or 20hrs per week.
Available Schedules: (FT) Rotative Schedule Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 8PM // (PT) Tuesday to Friday 16:*:15 & Saturdays 8:*:45 // (PT) Monday to Friday 8:*:45.
Salary: €18,711 gross per year pro rated.
Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days - 10 to 19hs Monday to Friday.
