Scopely is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join the IT/Ops team in Barcelona on a site basis, working five days a week from the hub.
The role covers diagnostics, troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, and ongoing maintenance of security practices and documentation.The candidate will onboard/offboard users, manage device lifecycles, and drive process improvements with automation.
