The Role
As an
After Sales Technician
, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing warranty claims, technical support requests, product repairs,



and customer inquiries. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping resolve issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and promote Hayward's solutions.
This position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and the continued success of our European business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warranty claims and after-sales service requests from customers.
Provide technical support and guidance regarding Hayward products and solutions.
Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback on product quality and service performance.
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
