Technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Mallorca.
Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers to ensure high-quality execution.
Oversight of renovation projects, including close alignment with contractors and suppliers.
Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g.,



Strong technical understanding of real estate combined with hands-on craftsmanship skills.
Extensive experience in property management as well as the planning and monitoring of construction and renovation measures.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Valid Class B driver's license.
