Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests,



gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market.Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.What You'll Bring1 to 3 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company.
Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.A commercial mindset.
Direct sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.CRM fluency.
Experience working a portfolio in a CRM; HubSpot is a plus.Comfort building in a fast-moving market and staying hands-on, including operational support, while the market scales.Languages: native-level Spanish and fluent English are required.
