Senior Enterprise Architect
As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in defining and driving target technology architectures across multiple business capabilities.
Challenging current technology strategies and assumptions with CIOs, technology leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
Translating architecture decisions into actionable technology roadmaps, including migration, modernization, consolidation, or retirement strategies.
Leading architecture governance forums, decision-making workshops, and cross-domain working groups.
Supporting investment planning by transforming architecture decisions into fundable initiatives and business cases.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic technology decisions.
English level B2 minimum (C1 preferred). Experience leading global transformation programmes.
Experience managing large application portfolios and producing executive-level decision materials.
Strong business case and investment planning capabilities.
Madrid (hybrid model). Candidates must be based in Madrid or nearby areas and able to attend the office several days per week. This is not a fully remote position.
