What you will do in this role
As a Fashion Support Consultanton our team, you will:
Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.




Maintainservice and product knowledge andexpertiseassociated with applications specific to individual customers.
Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
Understand andcomply withadministrative duties

Are proficient or bilingual in German with an advanced level of English
Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escape call to resolution
Haveexcellent communication skills and adaptability
Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration is a plus
What'sin it for you
Full-time39 hours/week, permanent contract: rotative Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
Salary 19,623 euros gross/year + up to 1,500 euros gross/year in bonus
