Support the creation of engaging internal communications, including articles, presentations, newsletters, campaigns, and leadership messages.
Help translate complex information into clear, attractive, and audience-friendly content.
Support communication and change management plans for global Customer Experience and Supply Chain initiatives.
Contribute to general engagement campaigns, events, and community activities.
Maintain and update internal communication channels, including SharePoint and other digital platforms.
Help monitor communication performance and gather feedback to continuously improve our content and channels.
Learning and capability development
Collaborate with the Global Learning team to support the implementation of learning content, programs, and capability-building initiatives.
Help coordinate training sessions, learning campaigns, invitations, materials, participation, and follow-up activities.




Support the digitalization and automation of global learning programs and processes.
Maintain learning content, resources, and participant information across internal platforms.
Gather feedback and analyze participation data to identify opportunities to improve the learning experience.
Project and stakeholder support
Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of global, cross-functional projects.
Connect with regional and functional stakeholders to gather insights, content, and feedback.
Prepare presentations, meeting materials, project updates, and progress reports.
Help track timelines, actions, deliverables, and key project indicators.
Bring fresh ideas and identify opportunities to improve how we communicate, collaborate, and learn.
