We're looking for a Hospitality Host (m/f/d) to join our team in San Sebastián
You welcome guests on arrival and support a smooth, friendly check-in experience, addressing any questions with professionalism and warmth.
You provide knowledgeable local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing to enhance the guest experience.
You collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field - or have equivalent professional experience
You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally in front-office roles and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environment




You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
You're comfortable working with project management softwares & tools, and quick to learn new ones
