About the RoleWe are looking for a German SpeakingCustomer Service Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment.The position is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months.Location: Sofia, BulgariaWork Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: €1, gross/month × 14 salaries in a year- Billing Skills Bonus: € gross- Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month- €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training -€500 after 6 months)- Relocation Support:2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation,Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses,

- Collaborate with team members to provide smooth and efficient customer service.What We're Looking For- Strong proficiency in German C1/C2.- B1/B2 levelin English- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
