We are looking for a true hunter: someone who is energized by opening doors, building pipeline from scratch and closing deals. Your mission is to win new customers for Spring GDS in the Spanish market, mainly e-commerce brands, online retailers and marketplaces shipping internationally. You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract and first shipments, and you will be measured against clear commercial targets. You will work closely with Business Development, Pricing,



Operations and Customer Service to turn opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.
New Business Acquisition (core of the role)
Build and manage your own pipeline of new prospects in your assigned market
Prospect proactively through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events and trade fairs
Meet decision-makers face to face and run discovery meetings to understand their cross-border needs
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, solution design, negotiation and closing
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new revenue, new accounts, volumes and margin
Respond to tenders, RFQs and quotation requestsBuild competitive proposals together with Business Development and Pricing
Negotiate commercial terms that win the deal while protecting margin
Design tailor?made solutions by adapting our products to each prospect's needs
Lead the set?up of new customers with Operations and IT up to first shipments
Make sure new accounts
