You will work with HR, People, Operations, Office Managers, and Executive Assistants who are planning retreats for remote-first and fast-growing teams.We are looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage a detailed sales process independently.Role Responsibilities Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and discovery to closing dealsSpeak with prospective clients to understand their retreat goals, budget, timeline, team size,



and decision-making processMatch client retreat needs with the adecuado venues from our extensive databasePrepare and present compelling proposals to prospectsLiaise with venues to negotiate quotes and termsFollow up consistently and thoughtfully to keep opportunities movingManage multiple prospects and proposals at the same timeKeep CRM records accurate and up to dateWork closely with internal teams to ensure the retreats we sell can be delivered successfullyQualifications 2+ years of closing experience, either for your own company or in a sales roleExceptional written and spoken EnglishProfessional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desiredAbility to work European business hoursStrong organisation, time management, and attention to detailComfortable working independently in a remote-first, asynchronous communication setupDirect professional experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or another service-led sales environment is a plusAlthough full-time, this is a contractor position, so you must be able
