Strong business acumen and ability to connect design decisions with multi-year business outcomes, metrics, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
Experience building design capabilities at scale, including operations, governance models, and talent development programs
Deep expertise across design disciplines, from visual design to systems thinking, with ability to coach others and set excellence standards
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field
