Your Role:Attract and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.Manage end-to-end the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent,



including employer branding initiatives.Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptionsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts to build a diverse workforce.Participate in talent acquisition and other people department projects in order to improve people KPIs such as employee satisfaction, turnover rate, retention of talents, dismissal rate, average time for recruitment, cost per hire, etcSupport the Onboarding & contracting process if needed.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.What You'll Bring:Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a B2C business or a fast-paced startup.Must-Have Fluency in Spanish and English.Free gym and modern office in Barcelona's center.Our differences make us a stronger team, drive better decision-making, spark innovation, and lead to superior results.
